Cake Drums 12mm
Cake drums are thicker than normal cake boards allowing them to be more sturdy.. ideal for larger cakes, fruit cakes and tiered cakes.. used with seperators and dowls. Silver boards are available at all times, gold available at special request.
Cake Boards 3mm
3mm cake boards are ideal for doing layered cakes so, with the use of dowels the higher tier cake does not sink into the lower. As these boards are turned egde these are hyginic and also can be used as a cake board if a thicker board isnt requested.
